My strengths, My skills, Youth employment program

This employment support program is for Indigenous youth (First Nations, Inuit and Metis) who want to increase their income with personalized and ongoing support to access the labour market.

How does it work ?

The program provides you with ongoing support with an intervention worker specialized in employment and personal development. You will have personalized support, based on your needs and at your own pace to eventually find a job, or even, to go back to school.

➢ Have a personalized support based on your needs
➢ Do a variety of activities that will allow you to enter the labor market or even go back to school. For example, you will participate in employment preparation workshops, cultural activities, visits to different businesses, personal development workshops and more.

How can I be a part of the program?

To be part of the program, you must:

➢ Be First nations, Inuit or Metis
➢ Between the ages of 18 and 29
➢ Without income or on social assistance
